MISSION
To educate our clients on the intricate world of credit reporting so they can take control of their credit profile. We do this by assisting our clients with the removal of inaccurate and unverifiable information that they disagree with from their credit reports. In addition, we guide them on the proper steps to build a positive credit history.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
At Credit Saint, our Customer Service Representatives are confident self-starters with a passion for delivering results and enriching our customer’s experience. In this role you will answer client related inquiries and educate them on the fundamentals of credit and our credit repair process. Our Customer Service Representatives are trained to be credit experts who provide our clients with the tools to protect themselves from credit pitfalls.
KEY AREAS OF OWNERSHIP (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls (call center, high volume) such as welcoming clients to the service, billing, account follow ups and request documentation.
Accurately update client account pages
Speak with clients about sensitive financial information
Maintaining compliance with credit repair regulations
Educate clients in a consultative role on the fundamentals of credit and our credit repair process
Develop rapport with our client in all interactions; offer solutions and guidance, not excuses
Liaise between client and cross-functional internal teams
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
Participate in meetings and activities held to improve client satisfaction and business performance
Ability to deal with a high volume of calls in a very fast paced environment

TO SUCCEED YOU HAVE...
The ability to work weekdays from 12:30 PM to 9 PM or 9 AM to 5PM
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a broad range of internal and external parties
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, able to manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Knowledgeable with computer & technical skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
The ability to type. We work on computers, so efficiency counts.
Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
Access to high-speed internet (at least 50 MBPS)
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
2+ year experience in a customer-oriented position (I.E: Call Center, Restaurant, Retail, etc.)
High school diploma/GED or Higher
Base Salary is $35,360.00 depending on experience (bonus potential and other incentives).

This position is located in Mahwah, NJ. While all employees have the option of temporarily working remote as we navigate the COVID pandemic, we do anticipate transitioning all employees back into the office in the future.
