We are on a mission to make it as easy as possible for people to get their lives back in order after they have experienced a traumatic disruption.

    Job Summary:

    The Crew Lead will head up cleaning and packout crews both in the field and in the warehouse. They will communicate the scope of the project to the team and make sure the necessary materials and equipment are available to get the job done.

    Responsibilities:

    Ensure that inventory software is properly utilized for tracking the transfer and storage of all contents

    During the packout

    On-site point of contact for the customer (policy holder)

    Capturing an accurate inventory of contents

    Properly documenting all aspects of the packout

    Ensuring contents, including furniture, valuable and delicate items, are properly protected, labeled, and inventoried for transfer to warehouse

    At the warehouse

    Oversee contents cleaning, deodorizing, drying, and restoration

    Ensure proper tracking and storing of contents in vaults

    Work with the estimator to develop accurate and timely estimates

    Track usage of packing and cleaning supplies and ensure a proper inventory is maintained

    Ensure that all work is completed in accordance the schedule and with company standards

    Qualifications:

    A desire to serve your community and be a team player

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    A willingness to work in challenging conditions (like in a home that has had a fire)

    Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

    Are caring, patient, and compassionate. Have a genuine desire to make a difference in your client’s lives

    2+ years of experience in contents restoration is a plus

    Familiarity with iCat inventory software a plus
