Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Seasonal Crew Lead/On-site Manger to join our team. As a Crew Lead, you will lead a team of photographers to provide schools with an amazing picture day experience.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned school locations in a company provided vehicle

Manage a team of 2 to 8 photographers daily

Provide excellent customer service to school administration, parents, faculty and staff

Direct students and staff to capture natural poses and expressions

Work with an amazing team of photographers

Be reliable and dependable

Qualifications

25 years or older (per our insurance to drive company vehicles)

Previous experience working with children

Previous experience managing a team

Valid driver's license, car insurance and a clean driving record

Available to work Monday through Friday; early mornings to late afternoons. No weekends.

Available to work the entire season starting mid-January to mid-May

Pass a complete DOJ background check

Good energy with the ability to work with children of all ages; preschool to seniors
