The first job of the crew lead is to support the Operations Manager:

    1. Anticipate and take care of crew, truck, trailer, and shop needs. Stay in communication. a. Crew: Does the Operations Manager need to know about a professional development need for a crew member? Does ownership need to be aware of crew members who are not showcasing DRIVEN principals? b. Shop: Are we low on materials? Are headlamps and batteries on the chargers consistently? Does trash in shop need taken out to dumpster? How’s inventory? Does anything need to be purchased? c. Truck: Is everything fueled up? Does anything need fixed? d. Trailer: Is everything stocked up? Is everything working properly?
    2. Plan ahead and take initiative. Every day before you leave the shop, look at the next day’s job. Is there a color change that needs done, do we have all the stencils we need, etc. Ask Operations Manager any questions about the SOW for the next day to clarify any questions.
    3. Come early and stay late. Arrive early enough to prep the truck/trailer/materials for the jobsite. Crew members should leave the shop within 10 minutes of their scheduled start time. Everything needs to be on the truck/trailer and ready to go upon their arrival.
