    What Are We Looking For?

    Crew Leader Responsibilities

    As a Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of job site operations, including:

    Project Execution

    • Conduct customer walk-throughs and set clear job plans
    • Coordinate daily production goals, staffing, materials, and tools
    • Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and timeliness
    • Manage any additional work orders and obtain customer approval/signatures

    Team Leadership

    • Train, supervise, and motivate crew members
    • Track attendance and conduct performance evaluations
    • Lead by example with professional behavior and clear communication
    • Attend operations and scheduling meetings

    Customer Relations

    • Serve as the primary contact for clients during the job
    • Maintain daily communication and resolve concerns professionally
    • Ensure client satisfaction and collect payment upon job completion

    Logistics & Compliance

    • Oversee vehicle maintenance and job site organization
    • Maintain safety equipment and documentation (MSDS, fire extinguishers, etc.)
    • Submit all reports, timecards, and updates to the office promptly
