Job Summary

The Crew Leader is our company's frontline. Your purpose is to ensure proper project management and completion of tasks in a timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities

Ability to run most size projects with little assistance, Track all material quantities, Demonstrate ability to maintain quality while increasing efficiency.

Review and be familiar with the plans and specifications for each project. Ability to work with other personnel to achieve successful results.

Demonstrate ability to drive dump trucks, including all trailers and equipment. Be responsible for having correct tools, supplies, and machinery at the jobsite. Demonstrate ability to operate all small and large equipment properly. Train other crew members on proper equipment usage. Operate all equipment in a safe manner.

Provide a high level of service to the customer

Effectively communicate with the customer in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years experience the landscaping/construction industry

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and follow GPS directions to find job site locations.

Must be at least 21 years old for insurability purposes.

Ability to work Monday through Friday and Saturday as required

Must enjoy working outdoors and be able to work in temperature ranges from teens to over 90 degrees and in varying weather conditions

Must have ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
