Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of technicians to complete daily tasks efficiently and to Shine’s high standards.

Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed on every job site.

Serve as the primary point of contact for crew members and customers on-site, addressing questions and concerns promptly.

Manage job site setup and cleanup, ensuring all equipment is handled with care.

Monitor job progress and quality, providing feedback and coaching to team members as needed.

Maintain accurate records of job completion, customer feedback, and crew performance.

Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in home services or related industries.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
