Job description
Firehouse Subs® Is hiring in Clairemont Mesa Blvd., We're looking for talented candidates to join our family at Firehouse Subs® Restaurant. Part-time positions are available. A Team Member must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Subs. We are real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people.
Compensation: $20/hr (Additionally, receive team tips averaging another $2.00 per hour!)
Essential Functions include:
Must be available to work from 3 pm to 10 pm.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent menu and product knowledge.
A happy and engaging personality, combined with a positive attitude.
Accountable for the correct preparation of the guest’s order.
Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns professionally.

Participates in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier, meat slicing or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader.
Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements:
• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
