    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform landscaping duties including mowing, edging, weed-eating, blowing, hedge trimming, and spraying
    • Work as part of a team to maintain commercial apartment complexes and other large properties
    • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment efficiently and safely
    • Follow site schedules and complete daily landscaping tasks as assigned by the Crew Leader
    • Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and productivity goals
    • Adapt to different landscaping tasks as needed and maintain site cleanliness
    • Meet at designated pickup locations for transportation to job sites
    What We’re Looking For:
    • 3-4+ years of experience in commercial landscaping
    • Ability to operate a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, edgers, blowers, and trimmers
    • Experience maintaining large commercial properties (preferred)
    • Basic OSHA safety knowledge or OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
    • Reliable transportation to meet at designated pickup points
    • Ability to work Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays, weather permitting)
    • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
