Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.

• Complete seasonal services such as aeration, overseeding, mulching, and leaf cleanup.

• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and effectively.

• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with team members and clients.

• Ensure the job site is clean and organized after each visit.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Job Completion Accuracy: Complete all tasks on schedule and according to client specifications with a 95% satisfaction rate.

2. Efficiency: Meet or exceed daily/weekly productivity goals set by management.

3. Teamwork: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment with minimal conflict.

4. Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, with zero preventable accidents reported.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, with less than 5% downtime caused by negligence.

6. Client Satisfaction: Achieve at least a 90% positive feedback rate from customers.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred - Willing to train the right individual.

• Ability to operate lawn care equipment (commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

• Physically fit and able to perform tasks in various weather conditions.

• A valid driver’s license
