Responsibilities

Represent clients in criminal cases, including misdemeanors and felonies

Handle all aspects of legal defense, including research, motion practice, plea negotiations, and trials

Represent clients in DMV hearings for DUI-related cases

Develop strong defense strategies and advocate aggressively in court

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding their case status and legal options

Work collaboratively with the firm’s legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar

Minimum of one year of criminal defense experience preferred, but not required for highly motivated candidates

Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Ability to manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about criminal defense and protecting clients’ rights
