Responsibilities: • Represent clients in a variety of criminal defense matters. • Negotiate with prosecutors on behalf of your clients. • Develop case strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. • Research and organize applicable statutes to craft a defense. • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. • Manage a diverse caseload while meeting deadlines and ensuring excellent client communication. Qualifications: • JD degree and active MN law license in good standing. • 1+ year of criminal defense or related experience. • Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills. • Ability to be an exceptional colleague/team player. • A client-first mindset with high emotional intelligence. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
