SUMMARY:
The role of the Database and Helpdesk Administrator is to ensure the efficiency of IT infrastructure, oversee relevant IT solutions, implementations according to the organization’s standards, and ensure existing IT solutions are kept up to date. This position is responsible for leading the development, adaptation, and management of the network, computer hardware, systems, telecommunication support and technology integration, and company contracted software systems and solutions.
JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Information Technology Functions:
This position is responsible for the following key business solutions:
· Software Administration and Support (APS, InfoNet, Empower, GiveSmart, Pingboard, ReciteMe, Keeper, GSuite, Microsoft apps, and MIP)
· Salesforce CRM Infrastructure Management
· PC Support (Desktop & Laptops)
· LAN/WAN Support as needed
· Manage Help Desk and Managed Service Provider relationship
· IT Security
Liaise between Managed Service Provider and CCSS to ensure technical support and technical projects are sufficiently provided.
Work with third party vendors for resolving software and hardware issues. Including but not limited to Comcast for phone and internet connectivity.
Coordinate remote and onsite technology support for users of all agency devices and software systems with Managed Service Provider.
Coordinate new employee email accounts and network drives; responsible for workstation set up.
Maintain agency phone and voicemail systems.
Monitor the help desk ticket & tracking system reports. Review and follow up on incident reports.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education Required: Bachelor’s in related field, Valid Driver’s License Experience Required: >5 Years’ Experience working with IT software.
Credentialing Required: X 40 Hour DV Training (Can be trained) o PAIP Certification o Sexual Assault Certified o ICDVP Certification
Skills Needed:
IT software and data systems management
Operations management experience
Salesforce CRM experience preferred
Strong Project Management and personal workflow skills
