    Associate Recruiter - Mooresville, NC Area

    We are looking for someone to join our team as an ASSOCIATE RECRUITER to focus on finding, attracting, interviewing, and recommending people for highly compensated roles within our clients. You will do all this while working side-by-side with a proven LEADER in the industry. CRITICAL FIT RECRUITING has over 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE working exclusively in the TECHNICAL SECTOR. You will be joining a network of over 165 search firms worldwide that are experiencing triple-digit growth!

    THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF OUR ASSOCIATE RECRUITER:

    • Manage full life-cycle recruiting including, identifying, pre-screening, and assessing candidates.
    • 60%-70% high volume outgoing phone calls daily.
    • Generate referrals
    • Increase market knowledge about industries represented
    • Utilize LinkedIn and social media platforms to attract and recruit both active and passive candidates.
    • Format and edit resumes as needed for specific client needs and update database
    • Generate various recruiting reports, including weekly Requisition Summary, quarterly recruiting statistics, and any ad hoc reports as requested.
    • Expand candidate resource pool by finding the latest Internet portals of resume resources
    • Make recommendations for ideas and strategies that contribute to the growth of the recruiting function.

    THE BACKGROUND PROFILE WE LOOK FOR:

    • 2+ years full life-cycle executive recruitment required
    • Strong recruiting experience at a management or executive level.
