We are seeking a seasoned CRM/ERP Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and implementing comprehensive CRM/ERP solutions tailored to support our unique business model which includes franchising, white labeling, and extensive customization. This role demands a deep understanding of both technical and business perspectives to ensure our systems are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction. Responsibilities: • System Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of existing and potential CRM/ERP solutions to determine their capability to meet organizational needs. • System Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of CRM/ERP systems, including requirement gathering, system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. • Franchise and White Label Management: Develop strategies and tools for extending our CRM/ERP system to franchise partners and white-label offerings, ensuring a seamless integration that adheres to our business model. • Customization and Integration: Customize and integrate CRM/ERP systems to work effectively with other in-house or third-party software, optimizing functionality and user experience. • Maintenance and Upgrades: Regularly update the system to incorporate new features and technologies, ensuring the highest level of system performance and security. • Data Modeling and Best Practices: Establish and maintain high standards in data modeling and database design, ensuring best practices are followed to enhance data integrity and accessibility. • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to system users, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively and efficiently. • Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in CRM/ERP system analysis, customization, and implementation, specifically with systems designed for franchising and white labeling. • Proficient in various CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, SAP). • Strong understanding of database management and data modeling. • Excellent project management skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
