Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to continually optimize CRM journeys, marketing materials, and campaigns, focusing on efficiency and delivering an outstanding experience for borrowers. • Follow up with loan officers to ensure timely and accurate updates within the CRM. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the current status of each lead, facilitating effective communication and coordination. • Send out TypeForm survey to Real Estate agents and manage survey feedback • Manage client review process via Birdseye • Accurately track weekly and monthly reporting metrics in the CRM and look for opportunities for improvement Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in CRM management • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Insellerate) • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Highly proficient in technology and working with different platforms Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
