Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to continually optimize CRM journeys, marketing materials, and campaigns, focusing on efficiency and delivering an outstanding experience for borrowers. • Follow up with loan officers to ensure timely and accurate updates within the CRM. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the current status of each lead, facilitating effective communication and coordination. • Send out TypeForm survey to Real Estate agents and manage survey feedback. • Manage client review process via Birdseye. • Accurately track weekly and monthly reporting metrics in the CRM and look for opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in CRM management. • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Insellerate). • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Highly proficient in technology and working with different platforms. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
