Job Description

Croft House is a Los Angeles based furniture brand focused on California Modern design. Born in a garage in West Hollywood, the brand has grown by focusing on made-to-order design and fully customizable pieces to both interior designers and residential clients. Each piece is built in our shop located in the Arts District of DTLA; all processes, including woodworking, metalwork, finishing, upholstery and beyond, take place in-house.

This role is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is interested in operations, production, and/or business administration. The role will provide the opportunity to work with a small, tight-knit team in all aspects of what it takes to grow a small business. There is a lot of room for growth from this position, so an ideal candidate will be someone looking to expand their skillset and take on new responsibility. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Right hand of CEO, working with all department heads throughout the organization, including but not limited to sales, production, HR, logistics and accounting. 
• Following up on and shepherding projects that CEO and COO are directly involved with
• Meeting Notes and Schedule keeping
• Coordinating between department leads
• Data collection and organization for various reports
• Create reports to evaluate various aspects of business 
• Light bookkeeping a possibility (training available)

 SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES 

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Diligent note-taker
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, constantly changing environment (a startup feel!) 
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Task oriented
• Ability to multitask 
• Enjoy working closely with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be capable of working independently and following instruction closely

PREFERRED BUT NON-MANDATORY SKILLS

• Bilingual (English + Spanish)
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Experience with Airtable
