Job Summary We are seeking a Baker to join the team at our busy bakery! In this role, you will be responsible for all laminated dough production and shaping. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating delicious breads and pastries. Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily laminated dough production, ensure we meet all our pars
Laminated doughs include croissant, brioche, puff pastry, pie dough
Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
Responsible for closing down bakery, and maintain equipment care
Prepare custom orders
Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a production baker, or in a similar role is preferred
Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Team player
Available Mon-Fri 2pm - 10pm
