    Our entry level Sales Management Trainees work with an assigned Sales and Marketing Mentor in the field, observing the sales process, and enhancing their knowledge of our client’s mission and product offerings.     Sales Management Trainee Responsibilities: 

    • Assist the Sales, Marketing, and Management staff in exceeding established goals for the branch
    • Operate jointly with Senior Sales Managers to identify training and development needs of entry-level sales and marketing employees
    • Attend workshops, virtual sessions, on-the-job training, conference calls, and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure competence in the areas of product knowledge, compliance, sales presentation, marketing strategy, customer service, and communicating the message of our clients
    • Collaborate with Sales leadership to plan local marketing strategy and outside marketing activities 
    • Provide superior customer service demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to consumer needs with urgency to resolve any dissatisfaction
    • Interact directly with consumers, inform them of current deals or marketing promotions offered by our clients’, and recommend services to facilitate solution-oriented customer service

     

    Sales Management Trainee Requirements: 

    • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Client Relations, Sales Management, Marketing, or Leadership preferred 
    • Degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or relevant fields
    • Willingness to transfer upon request to other branches in the company’s network
    • Demonstrate effective negotiation, relationship building and influencing abilities and behaviors
    • Illustrate efficient problem solving, planning, decision making, and time management capabilities
    • Effective leadership, team building, and customer relationship skills
    • Provide effective oral and written communications to customers and company management
