Crown City Homes is a full-service, real estate operation in Lee's Summit, MO. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to disrupt the traditional real estate investment landscape by thinking differently and coming up with new ways to acquire real estate and contribute to the community.

We are seeking motivated, self-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team in Jackson Platte, Clay, Cass, and Johnson County. As a Foreclosure Specialist, you will be responsible for knocking on doors of homeowners facing foreclosure and securing contracts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently on a commission-based pay structure.

Responsibilities:

• Convert highly motivated leads to appointments
• Knock on a minimum of 100 doors per week, including weekends if necessary
• Secure at least 2 signed contracts per week
• Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners facing foreclosure
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and follow-up activities
• Manage input and follow up of motivated leads in our CRM

Salary: $75,310.18 - $145,545.59 per year
