You’ll work with clients and painters to make a plan for the entire project and then manage the painting crew to make sure the work is completed under budget and on time. Responsibilities: Client Collaboration: • Collaborate with clients and designers to determine the needed resources and scope of work. • Define necessary materials and expected labor required for each project. Project Scheduling and Timeline Management: • Schedule painting operations and create detailed project timelines. • Ensure all project deadlines are met and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes. Organizational Processes and Equipment Management: • Establish and maintain organizational processes for tools, equipment, and vehicles. • Arrange for maintenance and repairs of equipment and vehicles as needed. Crew Management: • Manage crew members and provide guidance to ensure high-quality project performance. • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns. Client Relationship Building: • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact. • Represent Unique Painting Company professionally and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project. Compliance and Permits: • Secure any required licenses and permits from appropriate authorities. • Ensure all painting work complies with relevant codes and standards. Quality Assurance: • Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of work. • Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards. Resource Management: • Order and manage the supply of paint, tools, and other materials. • Ensure efficient use of resources to minimize waste and reduce costs. Budget Management: • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. • Track expenses and provide regular budget reports to management. Health and Safety Compliance: • Ensure all crew members follow health and safety guidelines and procedures. • Conduct safety meetings and training sessions as needed to promote a safe working environment. Issue Resolution: • Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that arise. • Maintain open communication with clients and crew members to ensure smooth project execution. Reporting and Documentation: • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the painting industry. • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and successfully. • Strong understanding of painting processes, supply management, and equipment maintenance. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial planning. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
