Pontoon Saloon and Nashville Water Taxi, Nashville’s premier passenger vessel operations, are looking for a Cruise Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a knack for customer service and social media.
Role Overview:
As a Cruise Coordinator, you will manage the customer journey from start to finish while supporting marketing and social media efforts. This is an in-person role with some remote flexibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience: Assist guests with reservations, provide detailed information on options, pricing, and add-on services, and ensure smooth communication throughout the booking process.
Hospitality Leadership: Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service.
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the cruise schedule, ensuring 7-day coverage alongside other team members. Collaborate with the team to provide seamless operations.
Social Media Management: Create and manage content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Later. Develop and execute strategies to grow social media reach and engagement.
Marketing Support: Research and implement strategies to attract new audiences. Contribute to content creation and promotional efforts.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to support day-to-day operations and contribute to the success of the Pontoon Saloon.
Qualifications:
Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
Clear, professional, and informative communication style.
Self-starter with the ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of content creation and social media platforms.
Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms) and other organizational tools.
Bonus: Experience in advertising, graphic design, Adobe, or Canva.
Experience in tourism, hospitality, or the music industry is a plus but not required.
What We Offer:
Compensation: Base pay of $18/hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule, with an ideal availability of Sunday through Tuesday/Wednesday
