Position Title: Marketing Manager, Franchise Business
Reports to: VP of Franchise Marketing
Overview
Crunch Fitness is a well-established and one of the hottest, fastest growing fitness brands in the industry. Crunch is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join the Franchise Marketing team to work on a variety of marketing initiatives and collaborate with independent Franchise Groups to help support the brand’s growth. This position will cover the breadth of marketing functions for a fast-paced, rapidly growing franchise business.
Responsibilities:
Oversee local marketing strategy and creative/media recommendations for regional group of Crunch Fitness franchisees, providing brand recommendations to further increase brand recognition and consistency within the market
Assist franchisee stakeholders in the development of annual, quarterly and monthly omni-channel marketing plans to help drive leads, sales and member retention within their markets, including creative campaigns, media/channel mix, promotions, investment levels, etc.
Develop great relationships internally and externally working with franchisee marketing teams and agency/vendor partners to evaluate plan performance, share network best practices. Gain a deep understanding of Crunch’s marketing platform to help connect franchisees with marketing tools and/or optimization needs
Effectively manage development of creative assets, platforms, and projects
Perform periodic audits of individual franchise location’s social media/digital presence and website information to ensure all content is current and on-brand
Provide thoughtful business recommendations and lead development of new pilots and/or programs
Support building new marketing system capability that enables franchisees to execute strong marketing programs, while allowing the business to scale as more units open
Manage updates to various franchise materials and always on creative assets, including training manuals, brand book, and marketing toolkits
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing, business, English or Communications
3+ years’ experience working within marketing, advertising, and/or account management within a multi-unit business/franchise model a plus
Ability to think objectively and creatively with a solution-oriented and positive mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience in digital media/digital marketing tools and social media platforms, experience with HubSpot and Emplifi a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to make recommendations based on lead, sales and media reporting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
An outgoing personality with an interest in fitness and wellness preferred
Hybrid, flexible work environment. Within commuting distance to Crunch’s Corporate office in Manhattan (NoMad neighborhood)
