Sales Lead Responsibilities:

Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club

Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner

Lead the Membership team in driving new members into the gym to attain monthly targets

Understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards including club tours and telephone inquiries

Lead the Membership team in setting up all new members with a Crunch One Kick Off

Maintain an atmosphere that makes all co-workers, members, and guests feel welcomed

Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, outgoing, friendly and ambitious personality

Maintain professional disposition at all time

Create and execute a monthly outreach plan for the membership team

Assist in retail, childcare, etc. desks/areas as needed

Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist in all projects as delegated by club management

Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

Qualifications:

Fluent in English

Prior sales experience

Proficient reading and writing skills

Good communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Must be at least 18 years old

Experience in a fast-paced environment

Multitasking skills

High energy and patience required

Flexible work schedule including weekend availability
