Hiring Immediately Smash My Trash - Memphis is hiring Executive Sales Professionals who can capitalize on our disruptive technology and help us continue our strong growth around the nation in the Greater Memphis market. Our exclusive commercial mobile waste compaction machines reduce Roll-off/Open-top dumpster hauls by up to 80% by compacting the waste, allowing them to get 3,4,5 times as much in each dumpster. Our Executive Sales Representatives introduce customers to our services and close new service contracts. You'll target customers who use Roll-off dumpsters to show them how our machines dramatically reduce their dumpster hauls (and consequently save them 20% in costs). You are expected to manage the sales process to close. Our customers are in varied industries, including Manufacturing, Distribution, and Construction, to name a few. Virtually any customer with a Roll-off/Open-top dumpster is an eligible candidate for our services. Compensation: This position is full-time, W2, with a base salary of $30,000 plus commission. The estimated first-year annual income is $48,000 to $96,000. We never cap commissions. 401(k) with company match, PTO, Paid Holidays, and Profit Sharing. Duties and Responsibilities * You are responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining your CRM records, and customer follow-up to close each sale. * Leads are generated using google maps, in-person cold calling, and cold calling via phone, text, or email. Local travel is required. * Your sales meetings will take place on the customer's premises. Demonstrations using our machines are extremely valuable in closing the sale. Proper customer meeting preparation is a must. * Utilize our marketing materials and presentations. * We use Hubspot to track leads, customers, and sales efficiency. Skills and Specifications * Must have a "Hunter" Mentality with the ability to guide the conversation. * Success is often driven by the ability to be an Effective Listener to understand the customer's needs and provide the proper solution. * The ability to Prospect and Cold Call in person and on the phone is a must. * Gregarious, Outgoing personality and the ability to talk to anyone from the shop floor to the owner/CEO of the business is a trait that successful Executive Sales Professionals have. * Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills. * Competency with a computer and Google Docs, Sheets, and CRM is required.
