been a teller at a bank or credit union, worked in a call center or IT
user support department this job is for you! Our call center assists
customers with check processing software, training in software use and
ATM and mobile deposit processing support. We are seeking customer
focused, responsible person for financial software & technical phone
support. Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required. Strong
communications skills experience (both phone & email) within a financial
institution setting and/or call center experience with hardware/software
support beneficial. *Full time position: M-F (9:00am to 6:00pm) *$13.00
to15.00 hr DOE *Must be able to pass background & credit check. *Email
resume for consideration POSITION SUMMARY Under supervision of the Image
Solutions & Support Manager will provide customer support and assistance
to Partners and Clients using third party Mobile Banking Platform
powered products. Including first line technical and hardware support
over the phone and/or email. RESPONSIBILITIES * Always display good
customer service skills when working with clients. Demonstrate sound
judgement and decision making when researching, analyzing, and problem
solving customer inquiries. * Respond to questions and fulfill requests
from financial institutions, partners, and client services. * Research
and problem solving regarding software/hardware problems or issues. *
Perform general problem solving and technical and hardware support to
users by phone and/or email for Check Image ATM, Mobile, Home, and
Branch Capture deposits processes. * Track, monitor, troubleshoot and
follow up on calls and issues escalating as necessary. * Work with
Manager and back up to ensure that customers always receive the best
service and support as possible. * After Hours Support approximately
once every five weeks on call, with additional compensation. * Maintain
communication with Manager with regards to issues or problems,
anomalies, or out of the norm situations. Also alert manager if any
deadlines are being missed or are in danger of being missed. Any
additional duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent. Attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
required; systems troubleshooting experience preferred. Two (2) years of
experience in one or more of the following areas required: call center,
financial institution and/or technical/computer. Important Notes *Must
