    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our bustling high-volume restaurant in Dallas, TX. The establishment prides itself on its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional wine pairings that enhance our guests' dining experiences.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    \- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.

    \- Lead, train, and mentor staff to provide top-notch service, focusing on wine pairings and culinary excellence.

    \- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to design and promote seasonal menus that complement our wine selections.

    \- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

    \- Maintain an extensive knowledge of wine, including regions, varietals, and pairing techniques, to assist staff and guests effectively.

    \- Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and control costs to optimize profitability.

    \- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the restaurant.

     

    Qualifications:

    \- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume setting, preferably with a focus on wine service.

    \- Strong knowledge of wine, including the ability to educate staff and provide recommendations to guests.

    \- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and a positive work culture.

    \- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging with guests.

    \- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
