Responsibilities: • Develop lesson plans for culinary arts classes tailored to the youth demographic. • Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to students on basic cooking techniques and food safety practices. • Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment. • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their culinary skill development. • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate special events and showcase student work. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in culinary arts instruction or related field. • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. • Strong organizational skills for lesson planning and classroom management. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work with youth and create engaging, interactive learning experiences. Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly
