    Edencrest at the Legacy is recruiting for Culinary Assistants. In this role you will be responsible for the excellence of the dining experience at their community. This individual also participates as a member of a team who assists with the operations of the dining room, kitchen, and interactions with residents, families, and staff in coordination of the dining experience. This team member assists the culinary team in complying with state and federal guidelines, as well as the best dining experience possible.

    Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Culinary Assistant:

    • Basic understanding of menus, recipes, and preferences of regulatory requirements and individual preferences.

    • Clean, maintain and ensure that dishes, kitchen, and all equipment are sanitary and in good working order.

    • Manage the dining room, atmosphere, and overall experience.

    Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Possess a passion for great food preparation, taste, and presentation.
    • Demonstrates a high aptitude for food and kitchen management.
