In 1988, the Adair Family opened Skeeter's Mesquite Grill in West University. Throughout the past (almost) four decades, the Family has expanded to become ‘Adair Concepts’ and are now named as one of Houston’s premier restaurant groups. Our group is home of Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill, Los Tios Mexican Restaurants, Adair Kitchen, Adair Away, Adair Downtown, Bebidas, Betsy’s at Evelyn’s Park, Cavo Coffee, Eloise Nichols Grill & Liquors, Buffalo Grille, and Adair Pantry. Staying true to our roots, we are family owned, passionate about quality, and being a part of our local neighborhoods.
Position Summary:
Adair Concepts enjoys an enduring reputation for delicious food, fun atmosphere, and warm service. In recent years, the Adair brand has grown to over 18 restaurants all throughout Houston and most recently, in its early stages of construction in other markets in Texas. The culinary team is in its growth stage as we welcome matured, efficient professionals to continue elevating the culinary experience. With kitchen morale high and costs in line we have food & beverage as our focal point.
Adair Concepts is seeking a skilled candidate that will support and enhance the culture, provide legacy, and bench strength. It is imperative that the candidate is open to a supportive, appreciative, and dignified culture founded on mutual respect.
