Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate starting at $25.00- $28.00 Per hour DOE
Full participation in tip pool (tip average an additional $7-$10 per hour)

Responsibilities and Standards:
Present a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic service-oriented attitude.
Play an active role in shaping the culinary vision while collaborating closely with the Tasting Room Manager.
Efficiently run a high-volume scratch culinary line operation while ensuring our guests receive the best food quality possible.
Train, mentor, and support line cooks to improve efficiency and performance.
Ability to execute plated meals, wine pairing dinners along with banquet and catering events.
Efficiently work on a high-volume scratch culinary line and prep line operation while ensuring our guests receive the best food quality possible.
Maintain a clean work environment
Ability to self-manage and work independently
Manage inventory levels and COGS
Must know applicable laws regarding food safety and general kitchen operation
Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Preferred knowledge of POS systems
Proven experience in a culinary leadership role (e.g., Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager)
Awareness and ambassador of safety.
Food handler's card or SERV Safe/HACCP Certification, preferred knowledge of alcohol serving laws.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
