We are seeking a full-time candidate to fill a broad spectrum of culinary responsibilities for our catering company and small dine-in restaurant. Candidate would work in the cold prep kitchen/expo position (during restaurant hours) and also potentially go on-site for catering events. Most nights off! Responsibilities include prep of cold salads, some sauces, desserts, dressings, etc. Expo role is responsible for calling orders to the hot line, coordinating plates from the hot line as they come up, adding cold items, and working with service staff to execute plates to tables as necessary. Catering role is responsible for all cold item prep on each event from condiments to salads to garnish and desserts. Off Christmas to just after New Year! Hourly rate negotiatable after 30 day evaluation.
