    Job Description

    AZZ is seeking a Culture Engagement Coordinator to join our corporate team in Fort Worth, Texas. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this role will lead initiatives that engage employees in faith-based activities, charitable efforts, and other key cultural programs. We're looking for a compassionate, proactive individual passionate about fostering community, both within and outside our organization. This role includes traveling to AZZ locations across the country to promote and support these initiatives.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Partner with Marketplace Chaplains on topics related to faith and employee well-being.
    • Engage in collaborative and respectful conversations with employees on topics related to faith.
    • Drive employee participation in volunteer events, fundraising activities, and local charitable initiatives.
    • Travel monthly to various AZZ locations (approximately one week per month) to promote and facilitate culture events.
    • Manage and track donations, training programs, and maintain rosters of Care Team Coordinators and Treasurers.
    • Build and maintain partnerships with local charities and community organizations, identifying opportunities for collaboration and engagement.
    • Keep employees informed and motivated by regularly sharing updates on culture programs, accomplishments, and upcoming events.
    • Coach and mentor employees to strengthen servant leadership within the company.
    • Design and distribute motivational items (e.g., hats, t-shirts) to encourage employee involvement and pride in our initiatives.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in program administration, community engagement, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Willingness to travel for events and meetings, as required.
    • A genuine passion for culture-building and community involvement.
    • A faith-driven mindset with the desire to integrate those values into company activities.
    • Experience in non-profit sectors is a plus.
    • Experience in pastoral care is highly desirable.

    Minimum Education

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
