Our client invites you to bring your expertise to the role of Manager of Culture, Engagement, and Inclusion and play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive, high-performing organizational culture.

    In this strategic role, you will lead the development of impactful programs, events, and initiatives that align with the company’s core values. Your contributions will enhance employee experiences, strengthen retention, and foster a sense of belonging essential for organizational success.

    Position: Culture Manager
    Compensation: $140K-$150K
    Location: Miami Beach, FL

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.

    • Design and execute employee recognition programs, appreciation initiatives, and team-building activities aligned with the organization’s values.

    • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and assess the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.

    • Plan, manage, and oversee high-impact events, including town halls, celebrations, philanthropic initiatives, and conferences.

    • Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure flawless execution.

    • Develop promotional materials and post-event recaps to highlight achievements and reinforce the company’s culture.

    • Lead efforts to foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and belonging through DEI-focused programs.

    • Establish and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and design training programs to promote awareness and engagement.

    • Collaborate with leadership to integrate DEI principles into organizational strategies and policies.

    • Develop and deliver leadership development programs emphasizing ethical decision-making, resilience, and team collaboration.

    • Utilize positive psychology and emotional intelligence frameworks to enhance employee well-being and performance.

    • Analyze employee feedback, survey data, and engagement metrics to refine strategies and showcase the impact of initiatives.

    • Collaborate with HR to develop onboarding, mentoring, and retention programs that enhance the employee experience.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee engagement, DEI, event management, or HR leadership, preferably within the financial services sector.

    • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing engagement programs and DEI initiatives.

    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to guide decision-making and evaluate program outcomes.

    • Strong commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
