Responsibilities
- Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available
- Operate machines according to established procedures and guidelines
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machine setup
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes
Qualifications
- Prior experience in machine setups for production runs
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience in packaging and handling finished products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
