    About Us:

    Curantis Home Care is a leading home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for 5 highly motivated and dynamic Business Development/New Client Sourcing contractors to join our team and help expand our client base through strategic partnerships and referrals.

    Position Description:

    We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development/New Client Sourcing contractor to generate new client referrals for Curantis Home Care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. This commission-based role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and shrewd networking skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Identify and establish relationships with potential referral sources, including but not limited to:

    · Doctors' offices

    · Medical equipment suppliers

    · Long-term care facilities

    · Skilled nursing facilities

    · Assisted living facilities

    · Any other pertinent resources that can refer viable new clients

    · Conduct regular outreach and follow-up with potential referral partners to generate leads and secure referrals.

    · Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals and objectives.

    · Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, leads, and referral sources.

    · Collaborate with the Curantis Home Care team to ensure seamless onboarding and transition of new clients.

    · Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress towards goals.

    Requirements:

    · Associate's degree or higher.

    · Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

    · Clean criminal background.

    · Minimum of 2 years of professional sales and business development experience.

    · Access to a phone and computer with data capabilities.

    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    · Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

    Benefits:

    Flexible, commission-based compensation structure. (6%-10% of accrued commission monthly) and up to 24 months from the first service date of any referred clients by agent.
