    Up Closets, a leading provider of custom closet solutions is seeking a skilled closet installer to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet each client's unique needs.

    Installer position is critical to the success of every project! From straightforward closet installs to complex designs requiring finish carpentry skills, you'll transform the Designer’s and client's vision into reality.

    We're looking for candidates who are confident with power tools and have a sharp eye, and a passion, for detail. Whether working solo or in teams, communication is key! You'll have the ability to work on projects, sharpen your skills and deliver amazing transformations that make our clients smile and praise your work!

    Responsibilities:

    Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications

    Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

    Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process

    Maintain a safe and organized work environment

    Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

    Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service

    Requirements:

    A positive attitude and a passion for creating exceptional spaces

    Experience with power tools and cabinet installation

    Strong attention to detail, precision and commitment to quality workmanship

    Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    Ability to work independently or in teams

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

    Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred

    Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus
