Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pallet and Crate Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Build wooden pallets and crates according to specifications and work orders

• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Operate tools such as nail guns, hammers, saws, and other woodworking equipment

• Measure and cut materials precisely using measuring tapes and other tools

• Ensure all finished products meet quality and safety standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Operate machinery involved in the production process as required

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

• Ability to read and follow instructions

• Experience using power tools, especially nail guns and hammers

• Strong measuring and basic math skills

• Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

• Experience operating machinery is a plus

• Ability to lift and handle materials as needed

• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
