Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable/Office Assistant to become part of our Accounting team!
To be considered for this role, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have a strong work ethic, and great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· A/R collection calls to customers
· Email invoices or statements to customers
· Weekly aging reports
· Journal entries
· Filing support
· Greeting occasional customers
· Other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or GED
· Excellent communication and problem solving skills
· Comfortable making multiple calls daily to customers
· Attention to detail and drive to follow through on assigned tasks
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
