About the Role
This dual-role position combines Customer Service and Custom Upholstery Designer to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Customer Service:
Assist walk-in customers and handle phone, text, and email inquiries.
Provide estimates, process payments, and manage customer details.
Collaborate with the team to ensure project feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Design:
Use CAD tools (e.g., 3D Studio Max, SolidWorks, Revit) and 3D scanners to create stunning designs and precise models.
Collaborate with customers and technicians to balance style and functionality.
Develop custom designs with materials like leather, vinyl, and fabric, ensuring seamless project execution.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years in a customer-focused design role or equivalent technical training.
Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Blender, Revit).
High School Diploma or GED; experience in custom upholstery is a plus.
Strong listening, communication, and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
