    Key Responsibilities:

    Install and configure van components such as lighting, audio systems, communication devices, and security features.

    Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure systems function correctly.

    Collaborate with the team on complex modifications, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

    Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and installation instructions.

    Maintain accurate documentation of all installations and modifications.

    Adhere to safety standards and industry regulations throughout each project.

    Conduct final quality checks to meet company and client expectations.

    Provide technical support to customers as needed.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Proven experience in vehicle installation or a similar automotive role.

    Strong knowledge of automotive systems, wiring, and electronics.

    Skilled with hand and power tools, with the ability to adapt to new tasks quickly.

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills that ensure precision and quality.

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

    Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy components.

    A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Certification in automotive technology or a related field is a plus.

    A strong moral compass and commitment to doing the right thing, even when it’s challenging.

    Position Details:

    Employment Status: 1099 Independent Contractor, offering flexibility to manage your schedule.

    Compensation: Up to $45 per hour, with pre-determined hours for each project (e.g., a suspension kit installation may be allocated 20 hours).

    Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Flexible scheduling is available once established.
