We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the professional installation of Hunter Douglas products, exterior shutters, draperies, and other soft window treatments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to handle projects in both residential and commercial settings. This position requires precision, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality work. Key Responsibilities:

Install a variety of window treatment products, including Hunter Douglas blinds and shades, exterior shutters, draperies, and other soft treatments.

Measure, mount, and secure all installations to manufacturer and company standards, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Troubleshoot installation challenges on-site and offer solutions to maintain timelines and quality standards.

Review product specifications and ensure proper fit and function of all installed products.

Communicate with clients and team members to coordinate schedules, address any concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, including customer homes and vehicles.

Ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working order and follow safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience installing window treatments, including motorized and hardwired systems, is preferred but not required.

Skills: Proficient in measuring, mounting, and troubleshooting installations. Experience with power tools and hand tools required.

Knowledge: Familiarity with Hunter Douglas products, drapery installation, and soft treatments a plus, but not required.

Customer Service: Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, work on ladders, and perform physical tasks as needed.

License/Certification: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
