Looking to hire multiple high energy, Hybrid Customer Service Representatives in a Call Center Setting to handle customer queries, provide and recommend solutions, process transactions, promote products and services, and create positive customer experiences.
To do well in this role, you will need a positive, confident attitude, strong interpersonal skills, a resilient work ethic, and experience working with computers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Building customer relationships that foster trust and loyalty through excellent communication, consultative selling, problem solving, expectation setting, and reliable follow up
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
- Ability to “read between the lines” and pick up on contextual clues
- Ability to relate to people
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High level of accountability and professionalism
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Direct experience in a sales and/or customer service-oriented work environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) preferred but not required
- Retail energy experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable using computers
