This role entails inbound customer service in the form of answering phones, calling leads, and answering customers questions via e-mail. We are a 7 day a week company, and we are open from 7am to 8:30pm daily. Flexible scheduling is always available and variable schedules help you arrange your day to day life. Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications/skills:

• General computer skills
• The ability to communicate effectively and clearly via phone, in person, through email, through company chat
• The ability to talk on the phone and use the computer at the same time.
• Open availability/flexible schedule
