    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels.

    Coordinate and schedule service appointments efficiently.

    Manage logistics, including routing and dispatching technicians.

    Oversee inventory management to ensure necessary parts and tools are available.

    Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships and addressing inquiries promptly.

    Qualifications:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Experience in customer service or coordination roles is a plus.

    Training: The position offers a combination of remote work and in-person training sessions at our Indianapolis location. Candidates should be available for on-site training as required.
