Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, administrative support of the field nurses, coordination and/or scheduling of nurse appointments, and responding to inquiries both over the phone and via email. Additionally, you will work with other service providers and consumers to ensure appointments are met within specific timeframes and validate documentation in consumers’ electronic files.
Skills That Will Ensure Your Success: Ability to communicate in a timely and professional manner with a variety of individuals that supports and enhances the reputation of our company and strengthens its relationships with consumers and other service providers. Great listening and communication skills, written and verbal, with both external consumers and other employees. Proactive and creative thinker to help problem solve any issues that may arise. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining work expectations and meeting deadlines. Willingness to learn new skills. FootCare by Nurses, LLC utilizes multiple cloud platforms. Attention to detail and follow through. Part of your position includes verifying the work of others. Before passing it along to the next level, all information should be accurate. (No worries- we provide checklists!) Be a bit of a researcher to ensure the information to be conveyed and retained is accurate.
Our Ideal New Team Member Will:
Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and have the ability to learn our internal software programs and applications.
Feel comfortable working with electronic media: websites, messaging, cloud-based phone system, Google Docs, electronic medical record systems, social media, etc.
Enjoy speaking on the phone while remaining professional at all times.
Have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needs change.
1 year of experience in administrative/consumer support services is preferred.
