Requirements Be able to run a profitable lemonade stand Have a killer personality, not the personality of a killer Communicate so everyone can understand what in the world you are trying to say Some amount of customer service, management and/or automotive relevant experience A burning desire to work for the coolest automotive repair and tire shop on the planet and change the world.
