What You Will Do
Pevonia International is looking for an extraordinary Customer Service Specialist to represent our brand with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and in-depth product knowledge. You will assist our spa partners and consumers via in-bound sales and product inquiries by utilizing your knowledge of Pevonia’s complete luxury skincare product-line. Working in a team environment, you will process orders, recommend products, and resolve or escalate customer concerns.

What you Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
Basic computer skills with familiarity using Microsoft Word and Outlook
Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a retail department store or boutique or focused customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed esthetician
Previous spa experience
