    As a customer contact representative, you will help to protect the financial hopes and dreams of every member of our local communities by building strong relationships with our customers and in the community. You'll be primarily responsible for the customer communication strategy of the agency.

    Responsibilities

    Contact existing customers to schedule and confirm appointments with the agents of the agency.

    Contact existing customers with reminders and alerts.

    Strong ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.

    Participate in the management of schedules and calendars of agents of the agency.

    Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties.

    Provide a positive customer experience.

    Job qualifications

    No insurance experience required.

    Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.

    Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.

    Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Interest in obtaining Life and Health license(s) and/or securities licensing upon hire (not required but encouraged).

    Bi-Lingual Spanish, native fluency in Spanish and English and the ability to translate on phone calls and in meetings.
